As PH Wellness enters its final months of regular treatment, appointments are limited and each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please read the following terms carefully before booking.

Booking & Payment

All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.

When you book online, you will receive an invoice and payment is required immediately to secure your appointment. An appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.

By completing your booking and payment, you agree to these Booking, Cancellation & Illness Terms.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because appointment availability is very limited during the final months of PH Wellness, 7 days' notice is required for any cancellation or request to reschedule.

• 7 days or more before your appointment: Your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled without a cancellation fee. If you have already paid, your payment may be transferred to another available appointment (pending availability) or refunded.

• Less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before your appointment: A cancellation or rescheduling fee of 50% of the appointment fee will apply. The remaining 50% may be transferred to another available appointment or refunded.

• Within 48 hours of your appointment: The full appointment fee is payable. No refund or transfer will be available.

• Failure to attend (no-show): The full appointment fee is payable.

Please only book an appointment if you are confident you will be able to attend, as there are very limited opportunities to fill appointments cancelled at short notice.

Illness

Please do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, have been diagnosed with a contagious illness, or have been advised by a medical professional to avoid contact with others.

If you become unwell before your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.

For the safety of both clients and practitioner, treatment will not be provided to anyone who is actively unwell or potentially contagious.

Illness does not automatically remove the applicable cancellation fee. The cancellation policy above applies according to the amount of notice provided.

If you are unwell and provide 7 days or more notice, no cancellation fee will apply.

If you become unwell within 7 days of your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Where possible, I will work with you to reschedule your appointment, subject to remaining availability. Any applicable cancellation fee will still apply.

Please do not attend your appointment while unwell in an attempt to avoid a cancellation fee.

Late Arrival

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened so that the next appointment can begin on time. The full appointment fee will still apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late and I am unable to provide the treatment within the remaining appointment time, the appointment will be treated as a missed appointment and the full appointment fee will apply.

Final Treatment Period

PH Wellness is currently winding down its regular treatment practice.

The remaining appointments available during October and November are limited and are expected to be the final treatment appointments offered by PH Wellness.

There is no guarantee that additional appointments will become available after these dates.

If you book an appointment during this final treatment period, please ensure you are able to attend before completing your booking.

Old T&C’s (prior to Sept 2026)- Booking & Deposits

To secure your appointment, the following payments are required at the time of booking:

• Initial appointments: Full appointment fee payable at booking.

• Follow-up appointments: 50% deposit payable at booking.

Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Appointments made in person may be booked without a deposit. However, the cancellation policy below still applies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small business, late cancellations have a significant impact on appointment availability and business sustainability.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice: Any deposit paid may be transferred to a future appointment.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time: The cancellation fee is 50% of total appointment cost.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time: The full appointment fee will be charged.

• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (no-show): The full appointment fee will be charged.

• Clients who have booked without paying a deposit remain subject to the same cancellation fees.

Late cancellation fees may be waived in exceptional circumstances at the practitioner's discretion.

Illness Policy

If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact the clinic as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling your appointment.

For the health and safety of all clients, treatment may be declined if you attend your appointment while actively unwell. In these circumstances, the full appointment fee will apply, as the appointment time has been reserved and cannot be offered to another client at short notice.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Payment

Cash payment is preferred.

Card payments are accepted.

Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may result in future appointments requiring full prepayment or booking privileges being withdrawn.
